See the surgeon: When you have had recent surgery, a new pain in the same area has to be considered to be related to the surgery until shown not to be. Sometimes, post-operative adhesions can do this; sometimes swelling or fluid in the area of the surgery. In any case, you need to see the surgeon who did the procedure so that he/she can evaluate the problem and treat it properly.
