Plication of corpora: Nesbit plication procedure excises or plicates oval window/s of tunica albuginia of corpora cavernosum (thick fibrous envelope of penile rods) on long side of curve & closed transversely with permanent suture. Effect shortens longer side. Circumferential incision is first made around penile skin, at circumcision site a few mm below coronal sulcus (groove) & skin pealed down & returned at end of op.
