Penile eruption: The best possibility is that this is an allergic reaction to clothing or a condom or some vaginal cream contacted during intercourse. The worst is that this is malignant and needs amputation. Neither is reasonable and as recommended earlier needs to be seen to be diagnosed and recommended for treatment.
