I had holmium laser lithotripsy in my left kidney, there was a lot of scar tissue in urethra so they had to leave a catheter in for one week now it has been one week since catheter and stent removal still have painful erection/retrograde ejaculation?

It is probably a little swelling in the area where thet treated the'scar tissue'. It might take a little time to subside. Try ibuprofen and let your urologist know what is happening. Hope you feel better
