I had a cystoscopy & a lithotripsy done the same week for a 5mm stone. should my penis shaf still hurt and burn sometimes when i urinate. medications, ?

Yes: Lithotripsy pulverizes a stone but you still have to pass the sand like sediment. Instead of passing a 5mm stone, you are passing very tiny particles. This will cause pain and burning. You can also develop an infection after the procedure. Talk to your urologist if the problems continue.
