Control MS: Most ed dysfunctions are secondary to lesions within the spinal cord, and are associated with urinary bladder and/or bowel issues. The best ultimate approach involves excellent control of ms, and more potent newer meds such as tysabri (natalizumab) or Gilenya may be useful. Viagra, cialis, and some otc preps may help. Supplemental vit d-3, can add to ms control. A good urologist may be miraculous.

Med/rest: Ed is very common with ms. I recommend trying things such as viagra, cialis, levitra (vardenafil). Also, treating the ms, treating symptoms rest and being as healthy as you can be.
