Neurology now. CN 3?: It isn't clear if this might be a problem with your optic nerve or if it might be something involving the nerves that supply the muscles to the eye. If one eye is not moving in concert with the other, and you have double vision, likely there is a lesion affecting CN 3, sometimes 4 or 6. You may have a demyelinating lesion in the brainstem causing this. See a neurologist to step up treatment.

Moving objects: The feeling of movement could occur if there are problems with the 8th cranial nerve, which helps you with balance and hearing, or the cerebellum, which helps with coordination. Double vision also often causes a symptom like this. It will help you to be checked out. It may be time to do something about this.
