Stroke: Infarction in left internal capsule means you had a stroke in the left side of your brain - deep inside near the middle in a region called the basal ganglia which controls movement.

See below: The internal capsule lesion has been read as consistent with stroke, and this needs followup for risk management in future. This is apparently in addition to diagnosis of MS, and thus, you may need stroke prevention medication and also, disease modifying MS meds.
