Penis biopsy - is cancer diagnosis the only time you have to do it?

To make diagnosis: A biopsy is removal of all or part of a lesion for examination by a pathologist. Biopsy is essential to establish a diagnosis of cancer. However, just because a biopsy is done does not mean that the lesion is cancer. Biopsy is a diagnostic procedure.
