Maybe infection.: Hello It is common to note a foul odor after intercourse if there is an infection. Semen mixed with bacteria in the vagina is ususally the cause of the odor. Seman changes the pH of the vagina, and the foul-odor of certain bacteria become more easily identified. It is advisable to see a physician so that this can be treated. The smell is very easy to get rid of.
