Treat the yeast: Anal sex exposes the penis to the yeast which is a normal germ in the poo. Failing to rinse before vaginal sex, will expose you to the yeast that adheres to the penis during sex. You likely are developing a yeast vaginitis. Best to talk with your doc and come up with a treatment plan and a better understanding of how to avoid these issues.
