Small pimple or lump in the entrance of my vagina it has weird smell simetimes , it cuases discomfort during sexual intercourse and it was there for a long time it didnt heal , i dont have multiple sex partners it just happened after i started my egg?

Have this looked at by a gynecologist. Your description is very general, it is not clear if the smell and the lump are related, and anything that doesn't heal as expected deserves further evaluation.
