Shaving folliculitis: Probably folliculitis, the most frequent hazard and side effect of pubic shaving. Molluscum contagiosum is a common infection, often sexually transmitted, that often shows up in the pubic area. Herpes and other STDs usually do not. See a doctor if it doesn't clear up in the next week or so.
