See a doctor: What you are describing is a common complaint I hear with Fibromyalgia. This is more likely if you are feeling many small nodules and no visible or large nodules. It is also more likely if you are not sleeping well. There are many other possible causes of this. It is also a bigger concern if the nodules can be seen and not just felt. Your doctor can help you sort it out.
