Alpha 1&2 receptors: Try one and one half. It seems that alpha 2 blockade is used in impotence to increase nitric oxide, but it seems you need both alpha 1 and 2 blockade to block vasoconstriction, since alpha 2 also block the release of norepinephrine and that will increase with alpha blockers. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10845761
