Plantar fasciitis: We usually don't start with something like the Tenex procedure for plantar fasciitis. Typical standard of care treatments should first include shoe modification, stretching exercises, orthotics, pain medication, injections, taping. If all fail, then other forms of treatment modalities can then be utilized.
