No & maybe: I'm still curious as to why you're taking Tenex (guanfacine) as you list tinnitus but not high blood pressure. Research suggests that while Tenex may cause tinnitus, it may also alleviate it. In any case, I can't find any literature suggesting that guanfacine causes nerve damage, much less erectile dysfunction, altho ED could result from less blood flow. Viagra (sildenafil) et al seems like a reasonable option
