10weeks after unprotected sex with my ex i developed tiny, itchy pimples on my back. they lasted 2/3days. could they be a hiv symptom? or a heat rash?

Exam: Not consisitent with HIV; however you will need to be screened and skin examined and treated. Protect yourself at all times- try condoms...or suffer the consequences.

Not an HIV symptom: It is not possible to diagnose the cause of your rash, without more info, and a photo of it. However, be reassured that what you described is NOT consistent with symptoms/signs of HIV, SInce you had unprotected sex with your ex, and appear to be concerned about having contracted an STI, I recommend that you go for STI screening, including HIV, and use condoms. Most counties provide free testing
