Hi i have a rash type thing on my back, small bumps on my back that look like pimples, they were itchy last night but not anymore is this serious?

Wouldn't think so: A localized area of rash often represents a simple reaction to something that touched that area. (soap, plant, chemical, etc.) The skin reacts but self heals over time. I can't think of a worrisome illness that presents that way.
