Acne: Pimple like rash in back and upper chest is usually acne. Anabolic compounds can cause increase acne. Follicular plugging and folliculitis might also look like pimple.

Rash: The causes of your rash can be multiple. If sexually transmitted diseases is a concern, syphilis would be the first to rule out. Otherwise, a picture may assist in establishing the diagnosis or better off seeing a specialist in skin disorders.
