How can you tell the difference between a yeast infection and a std? i have white discharge, redness, itchiness (sometimes) vagina just feels irritated. no burning while urination..does not hurt..odourless discharge.

Infection: The only definitive way to diagnose UTI vs vaginitis is to be evaluated by a women's health provider. History, physical exam and possible culture based on the history and physical exam. More information is needed in regards to your symptoms.
