Probably not: If your infection is fungal, even though your treatment is 3 days long, typically the vaginal mucosa needs 7 days to heal. Having sex too quickly might result in your infection returning or you may have pain and bleeding with intercourse, and that would not be very enjoyable. Depending upon your circumstances, you could be at greater risk 4 infections like HIV, HepB if the vagina isn't yet healed
