Not necessary ...: Fordyce spots are ectopic sebaceous glands, which are not related with hair follicles. Normally, every hair follicle has its own sebaceous gland to go with it but invisible; however, some may be hyperactive so to grow their size bigger becoming visible like pimples. Usually, no care for them is needed as long as they don't hurt you and not mentally bother you. So, it's not practically necessary..
