Yes, it is possible: It depends on the type of oral contraceptive pill you take. Low dose pills are sensitive to failure to take pills same time everyday. If you have problems remembering to take your pill, see your gynecologist and change to the 3 monthly Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone)
