What to do if i am starting to get weird bumps all around my genital area could this be herpes or warts ?

Doubt herpes, see MD: Herpes lesions: red bump to blister to open sore to scab to healing over 1-2 weeks; bumps with no change after 1-2 days cannot be herpes. Genital warts can last weeks or months with no change in appearance. If rapidly appearing, maybe molluscum contagiosum, but MC rare beyond age 25. If red and inflamed in the pubic area, maybe folliculitis, especially if you shave the area. Stop guessing, see MD.
