Probably normal : After Inguinal her is repair, it is common for there to be some swelling and bruising that extends in to the scrotum and penis. It shouldn't be painful, and will mostly be resolved in about two weeks. Don't forget, you can always call your surgeon and have it checked out if you think something is wrong. Hope this helps!
