After my double hernia surgery, my penis seemed to go upinto the scrotum and me foreskin is just hanging there with no penis in it. what should i do?

Fix it will be OK: Don't worry , size of hernia(s) is causing this , once bilateral hernia is repaired , will come back to normal appearance , get it fixed before it leads to major complications, is a very low risk procedure.

Don't worry: There is probably some swelling in the pubic area and scrotum, but it will subside in a couple weeks. The penis is still there however.

Don't panic : Your penis is certainly still there. The swelling has simply become so prominent as to essentially swell over you penis and make it appear to be gone. Lie down, place a cool pack on your genitalia. If the swelling wont go down, or you are unable to urinate, then seek immediate medical attention by your surgeon.
