Is it possible to get stds from infected blood transfusion?

Yes: There are several STDs including hiv, syphilis, hepatitis b which can be gotten from blood transfusions which are contaminated with these organisms, but in the usa this would be incredibly uncommon since the screening of blood products is stringent. One other possibility is that if somebody had systemic gonorrhea this could also make its way into the blood recipient.

Yes: All blood donated for transfusion is carefully screened for hiv, syphilis, and hepatitis b and c but it is still possible for someone to have a very early infection and the tests are negative, but the blood has virus in it. Modern tests for HIV turn positive about 12 days after exposure. You cannot get gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes or hpv from a blood transfusion.
