No: Typhoid transmitted through fecal contamination of food and water. Specifically contamination of food and water with the feces of an infected or carrier person. You may wish to get vaccination for typhoid.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
