Circumcision: It will stop hurting as the tissue heals. It will take 2-4 weeks for everything to heal. I would talk to you surgeon for his recommendations, especially concerning when you can resume sexual activity.

Well,....: After a circumcision, I tell my patients to try and not get an erection for the next week to let the skin heal. Every time the skin stretches, it will hurt. You need to let the area heal with "REST" before it will stop hurting. Try your hardest (or softest) not to get erect, so the area gets the best chance to heal, then you should be fine. Best wishes.
