Does happen: Simple pain relief such as paracetamol and if appropriate anti-inflammatories can be used - seek more specific advice from the doctor. Usually if the stitches are still in erections can be painful and general advice is to walk around until they subside. If the area is looking red or you are feeling unwell then wisest to get checked urgently for the possibility of infection

Post circumcision: pain needs to be evaluated by your doctor. Do you still have stitches? Has the surgery been very recent? Please contact the doc who did the surgery for help. Peace and good health.

No help online: You need to be seen by the surgeon who performed the circumcision, meanwhile, use pain killers regularly till you see your surgeon or any surgeon/urologist, good luck
