Calf pain, 2 days, no swelling,no discoloration, not hot to touch. been in a squat position a lot lately; only left leg hurts. not on birth control.

Muscular pain: If you have been squatting a lot, you are using different muscle groups than you normally would use in your legs. That likely has strained them and is causing the pain. Stop squatting, rest leg s much as possible, ice area that hurts and take ibuprofen for pain and anti-inflammatory effect. If not better with those interventions in a week, see doc. If new symptoms, such as swelling, see doc sooner
