Tubal and pregnancy: Pregnancy after sterilization will involve either surgery of IVF. Which one depends on the type of sterilization that you had - Essure vs other operative method:burning ,clipping, removing? Talk to your doctor about which type and consult him about your options. None of the options are cheap.
