Limited choices: If you truly want to raise another child you can always adopt. You have answered your question without realizing it.If you can't afford to have your own, you can foster other kids who need temporary or long term placement or adopt.

Options limited: In order to regain your fertility, you need to either have a tubal reversal or undergo ivf. If a spontaneous pregnancy does take place without either treatments, it is likely secondary to failure of the tubal ligation to prevent pregnancy, but i wouldn't count on that.
