Pelvic Pain: There are a couple a initial considerations, one being a retained foreign body. The most common one being a forgotten tampon. Other signs pointing to this can be the development of an unpleasant odor as time progresses. You may require a gyn exam to look for this cause. Please don't feel nervous or embarrassed if this is the case. I removed many. It's a simple mistake to have overlooked it, easy.
