Should get checked: Could be sign of endometriosis where the endometrial glands (what bleeds every month during one's period) are in abnormal locations, and by their blood accumulating in these locations (or scar tissue associated with blood) cause symptoms such as pain. Should see an ob/GYN to start evaluation for it
