A member asked:

Horrible pelvic pain, menstrual like cramps, bp is 138/98, extreme swelling in feet, 36 weeks. what could be wrong? should i get checked for dialation

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes, right away!: Horrible pelvic pain and menstrual-like cramping at 36 weeks needs to be checked out right away. You need to be seen in Ob Triage tonight to make sure you are not in labor. Also, your blood pressure is a bit on the high side and you are swelling. These can be signs of pre-eclampsia. This is another reason not to delay to get checked out by ob triage right away. Best Wishes!
