Could be related: If you have an MRI scheduled then you've likely seen a doctor. If the doctor didn't find the vaginal mass then you should call him/her and ask to be seen before the mri. That mass might change the work up and imaging recommendations.

Nerve irritation : These could have symptoms suggest nerve irritation. This does not say what is irritating the nerve but this is what your physician is looking for with the mri.
