Extreme pain with sitting sacral/coccyx bony erosion and soft tissue thickening showed on ct last year but clear on bone scan so nothing more done. feet go numb, stool thinning. is there more tests?

Sacral pain and numb: A pet scan may show activity but a nerve conduction test to see if the numbness is coming from the same point as the sacral pain would probably be the best "next step".

Yes: There are other tests: bloodwork and such. You should see your doctor.

I have a Lower back pain, tail bone pain and pain, numbness in my foot for last 5 month. There is nothing in X-Ray.
How common is bone erosion? What could possibilities be for change over a months time on xrays? Was the tip of coccyx but now halfway up sacrum eroded
I have a "large disc protrusion" at L5S1 with severe lower back pain, tingling and numbness in left leg and foot. What would be treatment? CT scan 2 years ago showed bulging disc. MRI recently showed it has gotten larger. Referred to neurologist.
