See your DR: Meanwhile, use the cream of your choice (eucerin, aveeno, (oatmeal) etc) with bathroom paper to clean after a bowel movement or whenever it feels wet or whenever it itches or whenever it feels sore. Clean inside the anus. Avoid scrubbing. Avoid vigorous use of soaps.
