I've had loose extra skin around my anus for about 10 yrs. chronic constipation as a child so i think it's from the straining. no pain, no blood, no itching, but it's slowly stretched more with time. no doctor has commented on it. do i need to worry?

Not particularly: What you describe sounds like a simple skin tag, which is common in that area. I wouldn't lose any sleep thinking it is something dangerous or likely to go bad over time.

Had a hard stool and a known exterior hemorrhoid. Wiped and there was a streak of blood. Stools since have been fine with no blood. My doctor indicated to not worry as this might be from straining, which I was doing. Still scared?
