Penis skin condition non std sensitive glans stern skin peeled years ago have seen numerous docs and been on number of creams ointment etc.no help?

May be...: Most likely, what has been happening to your penis is a benign but one of chronic annoying skin conditions such as lichen sclerosus/atrophicus, foreskin-related balanitis, psoriasis, etc. Note: accurate DX needs direct look. So, to clarify it, it's worthwhile to see dermatologist or urologist . For the time being, avoid compulsive chemical ; physical washing, and thinly apply steroid cream.
