The symptoms described could be indicative of Peyronie's disease, a condition where scar tissue forms inside the penis causing it to bend or curve during an erection. This can result in pain, shortening of the penis, and thickening of the tissues. The shiny, wrinkled, cracked, and irritated glans skin may also be related to this condition. Get checked!

If penis does noy bend to a side on erection you do not have peyronie's. In your scenario you have to be examined for proper diag. and treatment. PL see a urologist
