Could be abscess : The area where you are describing is located near glands that lubricate your vaginal area. Bartholins glands are pea sized and lubricate the vagina. They can become blocked and inflamed leading to abscess. Try warm baths to soak and pain relievers. If this is not working get into be examined to see if they need further care
