See your OB doctor: Hemorrhoids are in anal canal, if you developed this after vaginal delivery, you may have episiotomy and repair. Most likely one stitch did not dissolve and causing your problem . Speak to your ob-and gyn doctor if ti is due tothis or due to a cyst by simple removal your problem will be resolved.
