I have a small pea sized hard lump in my vagina that was never there before following the birth of my son and an abnormal pap should i be concerned?

Yes: The two conditions, a vaginal mass and an abnormal PAP, may or may not be related. In all likelihood, they are unrelated. But, the abnormal PAP must be have followup exam(s) and or tests. The lump may be some scarring from the birth. especially if you needed some stitches for a vaginal tear. Again, an exam is necessary and an excisional biopsy may be warranted.
