Can stis, cause varicoceles? i.e. gonorrhoea and chlamydia? especially if those infections are chronic and causing further syndromes as epididymitis?

No it is not infecti: -related. The infections have nothing to do with causing your varicocele. I would advise you to quit worrying about this problem as it is fairly harmless. Take a mild pain medicine like paracetamol and ignore the varicocele.
