I taken one time cipro (ciprofloxacin) dose for chlamydia which has caused epididymitis. when will it go back to normal? could it be something else?

MisinformtIon?: This doesn't compute. Ciprofloxacin does not treat chlamydia. Maybe you misunderstood what antibiotic was prescribed -- maybe azithromycin? But a single dose is not usually adequate for epididymitis. If under a doctor's care, check back with him or her; or maybe second option from an infectious diseases or STD specialist.
