Sexual guilt?: The reason why someone might throw up after having sex for the first time with a spouse could be the result of guilt or shame. If that is the reason, then it has nothing to do with the spouse. It could be as a result of some moral training in childhood or some early trauma. But I do not have enough information to know the real reason. I suggest that she discuss it with a sex therapist.
