Don't repeat!!!: "Black stuff" in vomit is usually from blood (it turns black, often resembling coffee grounds, when blood contacts stomach acid). You should see a doctor because bleeding into the stomach is potentially serious. You need to tell your doctor about the meth and any other drugs or alcohol that you have been using. Black vomit will be the least of your worries if you continue using meth.

Get seen now: If you want to live. You are bleeding from your stomach. What you are vomiting is your damaged life's blood. This is VERY serious. Go to the emergency room if you feel cold or woozy, and do not drive yourself. Otherwise, phone your physician. You CANNOT be forced to divulge your meth use, and you may perhaps refuse a drug test -- this might be a good idea. Don't EVER do meth again.
